Fruit and Vegetables
Beyond this area is the fruit and vegetable garden. In addition
to the usual peas, beans and salad, look out for the Nepali vegetable
known as 'skush'. This vigorous climber with its hemp-like leaves
produces hanging cucumber-like fruits much relished in curries
by our Sherpa friends.
